"This is our second house from Manolo and his family. It is completely custom-built. In three and half years we have not had any problems. There is not a crack structure, they build very well. My husband is an architectural engineer and he is very fussy. But Manolo will do anything, providing you tell him what to do. As a builder and a gentleman, we can't fault him at all, he is an absolute germ."

Jacine and Derek from Sussex are now living in their perfect home. This is their second house constructed by Manolo and his team, and although they were very pleased with the first one, in terms of quality, they had not yet fulfilled all their desires.
